This is an active stretching series that is great to do as a warm up to any workout whether that be pilates, circuit training, cardio or just to start your day to loosen the body. It also could be used as a cool down after a workout or after a long walk or hike. Or if its a recovery day, its perfect to get in some active stretches get the muscles warm and loose. I use a pilates circle, but you could also use a towel if you don't have a circle
