You're pretty bang on about womens representation from brands etc. And the fact that Chihiro, despite being the most successful (?) Winterclash rollerblader, totally overlooked in Cudot's post says it all really. She's one of best regardless of gender, certainly in terms of style. Feel like that attitude is indicative of the most of the industry really. Fair play winning the men's comp though, unbelievable performance.

Yo bro. When you were talking about Roces. I think they are already working on that to have some girl in their team ;) Kate Bedrata - young talented girl from Ukraine won GG Fest in Latvia in July 2022 and after that she switched Razors for Roces and started hanging with Roces team. She is skating mostly with Bobi, but with Nils as well. She went with Roces team to Barcelona after Winterclash ;) So I guess sooner or later they'll have new member :)

I bought those shimas the new remastered and the rubber lace loops exploded open while i was tightening them up. I was sooo bummed. I contacted razors and said i don't want a replacement shima skate. Ill take a cult. Those lace loops i found out were a weak point of breaking open. I bought the brooms pro skates too and i live em!! Only buy traditional lace holes cuz when u have to crank ur laces we better not have a failure!! looking for durability is first factor. And dont get the AG 10 not worth the cash. But i love my standard omni's!!! And my brooms both pairs are my daily drivers. My cults and gawds tim franken and blanks r awesome too!!

So no female skater should ever get a pro boot because in theory there is always a more gifted male skater? We've catered to male skaters almost exclusively for the past 30 years. Isn't it worth taking a gamble on getting more female skaters into the sport and trying to increase the participation numbers that way? Also, you get more women involved, it becomes more competitive and the level of female skating inevitably rises as a result.
