Fun, challenging and creative flow. I found reversing from crescent lunge back and bending back leg so challenging while trying to balance, and I loved it! My brain is happy 😊

I love your flows! You’re so creative! Little details like warrior 3 into the lunge and then switch legs are just such fun little surprises in your flows. I’m glad I decided to do this today❤. I’ll be following along with your videos more (I’ve been doing my own flows for a while now, no videos to follow along)!
