Absolutely agree! That’s exactly how I’m trying to think. Exercise is proven beyond doubt to promote mental health, but like with everything else, people take it to extremes and that’s when all the issues with negative self image, comparisons, etc start! Keep up the good work!

I have been consistently doing these workouts for 3 months now but this one was so hard it made me feel like a total beginner! LOL I had to stop the video and cry a couple times 😂I really struggle with the Barre classes, they are so challenging. Surprisingly this has been my favorite workout. (I haven’t done any of your barre videos) but I started my Pilates journey about 50 days ago. Completing one of your videos every, single, day. I’m so happy I found these workouts because I knew I couldn’t commit to going to the gym every single day. But This is something fun to do from my home. I appreciate your content. Excellent class today! Whew! Getting stronger and stronger doing your workouts now for 7 months. My sense of balance is much better, my dance has improved significantly, and I can finally see some definition in my abs which is just a bonus. I love this workout, that it works my upper body as much as lower. I need that! I keep coming back to it. One thing though, I think left and right are reversed between the audio and video in the first part. At least if you’re mirroring. The last part is mirroring. Great workout though. More hand weights please!😊

the sequence with the curtsy along with the tricep was a bit difficult but with you and the tone of your encouraging and sweet voice everything keeps going fine!
