@@superkoolvideos6802 a yoga session of half hour with some stretching and sitting still fkr a while will help. Keeping him engaged in a right way with indoor-outdoor games, creative tasks, education etc will help

Namaste Hansa-ji 🙏 I usually wake up at 4:00 am to do my chanting, meditation and walking. Then I get busy with my household chores. By the time I have my lunch, it is 2:00 pm . I do get very drowsy after that and sleep for an hour. I'm unable to avoid falling asleep. Is it okay to sleep seeing that I wake up at 4:00 am? If not, how can I beat the afternoon slump? Thanks 🙏

20 to 30 minutes power nap here,it recharges me. Just like working out and our muscles need recovery,so does our mind,thank you.

I like to do Yoga Nidra in the afternoon, 30-40 minutes. I feel rejuvenated and energetic for the rest of the day. Although, sometimes I fall asleep with baby when putting him down for his nap. I do love those naps with baby 🥰

According to Ayurveda , Afternoon naps are not good in winter as it creates puffiness, cold . But in summer you can take Power nap . Power nap should be for about 30 - 60 min . You can simply close your eyes and hear the sound of nature . Its going to relax your mind in chair and you can do Savashana as shown in 1:46 for 10-15 min . It's beneficial for health sleep early and wake up early with 7-8hours of sleep .

I can easily sleep at afternoon but when it's night, it's really hard to fall asleep. So this is the reason thank you😢

Thanks for the post ma'am, I never sleep in the afternoon after my college I usually volunteer myself to help the elderly people at old folks home.What can I say for me time is precious and I don't like to waste it by sleeping. I always wake up at 5am even in the weekends and I'm able to do all my work on time. God bless medical student Malaysia.👍

This is good to know. There was a time when I use to be exhausted and used to sleep in the afternoons. Now there is less need for it. Do get tired. But now I feel I will try conscious relaxation and see how that works. Thank you.

Maam, I had this habit of sleeping in afternoon before two years, but i tried to wake and now I don't feel sleepy during afternoons but because of studing late nights I take 30 min break and have a nap🌟

I always heard naps are good 4 the ❤ . Everyday went l come home from work l take a hr nap. This is what the heart ❤ need and ur blood pressure.😴‼️

Thanks.... agree with what you mentioned.. but what about people above 60s..the night sleep is quite disturbed for various reasons. frequent visits to toilet.. health issues...they could have certain concessions..... the exhaustion is marked due to insufficient sleep... please do give your valued suggestions.....Thanks again

Hello Hansa ji I am a student of grade 8 . I usually have a lot of intrest to study at night than mornings or afternoon. My mom tells me to go to bed early... But however I will wake up early in the morning. Is it good for me?

I am 64 and out of hospital and my husband says cook at 1 oclock afternoon and clean utilises. And never allows me to go to bed before 10 and wake me at 4.30. Feeling tired.

Namaskar 🙏, My name is Shubham Sharma. I am working with Company with night shift timings from 6pm to 3am. I woke up around 12 , 1 pm usually after having 7 to 8 hrs sleep.
