@@SHARMILEEJ I tried your version of Akkaravadisal and it turned out great :) a lot of what I make regularly at home , like mushroom gravy , mushroom biryani , pongal kulambu etc , are all your recipes . They taste soo good :) thank you very much 🙂🙂

@@usharanisridharan3885I use InfraCooka by SmithCucina company. You can use any vessel on it and it retains heat for up to 30 minutes after switching off so it's very het when you're in a locality with frequent power cuts. I bought mine from Amazon in 2017 and it still works well and I've never needed any servicing.
