thank you for sharing these beautiful practice instructions. I love the feminine calm grounded quality, I appreciate you also share shorter videos, I appreciate a focus on seemingly simply but very effective exercises, I love that you keep a real feminine deepth. I think you match the perfect mixture of good background music, which stops when it's important to hear your voice. Thank you!

Mam plz January ka calendar stuck weight loss ka bnao. Yoga series me. Mera weight stuck ho gya h apki saari yoga follow par weight and fat km hi nhi ho rha h. Please🙏🙏🙏🙏

Weight loss happens 80% on diet (with calorie deficit) and 20% on exercise. Please read about it online. Exercise is only 20% that being said you have to be doing 2-3 days of cardio, strength workouts in combination of yoga & pilates. Losing weight in a right way takes months to years and not days with complete discipline and consistency. Also please check for your hormones and other functions of your body to see if all is working well. Good luck 🤞
