The Judge better be careful, Harputlean (sic) is looking to hijack this trial. He’s a slick one and plays really dirty. He’s up to his old tricks here, already; yelling about nothing trying to make it into something.

You must put all that aside as a jurist. Innocent until proven guilty. You must remember that. You don’t want to be a defendant and someone on the jury is thinking the way you think. If he is found guilty this judge is going to smoke him. He said in another case that leniency is not in his DNA. Ouch!!

@@MontroseGirl Geez Ms. Kathy, get picked on the jury first, before you go in with guilty in your head. Innocent until proven guilty. That’s the way the system works. You would want it that way if it were you on trial. You never know, you still have a long life ahead of you.

Alex is evil and selfish in his ways. He is supposed to be upstanding citizen and should've behaved that way. Killing his family is pure evil. I don't know how any human could defend him in any way. He is guilty. I believe.
@christinerobinson890

The defense attorney is a piece of work. Alex had better not get off because his family has such influence. The judge doesn’t seem to know what he’s talking about. He doesn’t seem to be in control of the court. He seems better than the judge in the Vallow/day belle trial, though. I like the prosecutor. He seemed to get on top of it after a few minutes.

SO after all that ........ Watters was right. Just issue the protective order, and he'll hand over the remaining discovery. Harputlian just wanted HIS argument heard first ( it seemed). Was that ego or was that some kind of legal importance or strategy?

@@chrislancaster1982 Agreed, but what I like about him is that when everything is said and done, he says his piece and that piece is real from the heart. He lets the attorneys do whatever they need to do, but I always tune in to his final say. His speech to Rowland and his mother brought me to tears. He is calm but his words sting your heart. I would not want to be in his courtroom as a defendant. He lets the process play out but in the end of the trial, he really lays the gavel down!

@@ramla5928 meh, if I were this defendant, this is probably one of the Judges I would want. He’s too sweet and not very intimidating. No defendant cares what the judge has to say after everything is “all said and done”. They care what the judge says and does during the trial.

And the Senator, lawyer is not for the constitution when it comes to freedom of the press. Harpoo is suing the Gaol where the disgraced lawyer is housed due to releasing the afore mentioned criminal’s ph calls. It shows up his corruption and trying to get his son back into law collage, this after being kicked out for plagiarism. I’m disgusted in this lawyer and the fact he is a senator. You should go to Fits news who live in the area where the Murdoch’s were hard hitters in the area. It’s an eye opener

@@justanothersmith6012 Prisoners love lawyers. Lawyers have it easy in prison especially if they help file papers and give free legal advice. I'm afraid prisoners will flock to him for free advice and he will be treated well. My husband spent 9 months in prison for a probation violation on a hefty marijuana charge lol. He said cops in prison want to go unnoticed, the lawyers are treated kings.
