I love this car, it's the best thing they have made from long time, also the Stelvio is great. Anyway don't be so surprised, they have made good cars in the recent past, don't forget the 147, 156 and 159..despite being front wheel drive they had very good driving dynamics

I loved the 159, iehen. The styling was a little too conservative for me, but totally agree the dynamics were impressive. I think the Giulia is such a big leap ahead though - it is brilliant! RB

That interior/exterior colour scheme combo is to die for. By the way, the car just won the Motor Trend Car of the Year (COTY) award here in North America, which is a BIG deal as it's a very difficult prize to snag. I want one.

that structure may be annoying, but it made this model get the highest score ever at front occupants safety euroncap test.

This is true. The Giulia scored 98 per cent in the euro ncap test in June 2016 - the highest ever at that time, due in to the bodyshell and also the safety tech. RB

Alfa success here is entirely down to a very talented engineer being put in charge, The quality of the engineers and design team is reflected in the product they produce. They are key to the success or failure of a manufacturing company, not the fat cat CEO.

I'm just going to jump in here and say my jeans have been washed a billion times. There's no danger of dye transferal. Unlike the time I sat in a car with white leather with brand new jeans - now that was hard to clean off! Why are people getting white leather anyway? It's a bit Bon Jovi.... RB
