Great interview, thanks a lot! Alisia doesn't know how lucky she is with her genetics, I hope she'll appreciate it one day 😅 Of course hard training and consistency pay off, but others also train hard and consistent with not-as-good results. And Alisia doesn't even need to watch her diet. So it's understandable that the motivational flow was there from the beginning. I'm always happy to see her because she does show what's humanly possible but she's also a grounded, modest person.
