be careful if you ask other people to push you to go farther! sometimes if they do it too forcefully, your tendon can tear. just know your own limits! :)

I’ve just started stretching again (I was a figure skater) and to my surprise my leg hold is actually decent and my side splits on both sides are pretty much the same 😂 I quit over three years ago!

I love her so much because she wasn't just born with extraordinary flexibility as most people, she also isn't a show off like most people and she works hard to achieve her goals wich makes it believable and achievable for people, for example she is not at all like Sofie Dossi, all Sofie does is showing how super flexible she is, but it isn't really fair since she got born like it

Ok listen. Sofie wasn't really born flexible. She was just a little bit more flexible than an average gymnast. She wasn't that flexible from the beginning. And no she doesent show off her skills. Those skills are her life. It's her career. There is not any reason for saying things like that about a person when u dont know much about her.

Thanks Alivia, I was really sick an in bed for a week. I could barely move, so I definetly missed out on my usual dance routine. I lost a lot of my flexibility and was beginning to get pretty frustrated (again), but your videos are just what I need. You've helped me continue to dance on multiple occasions when I felt like giving up, and I really look up to you and all that you do. Thanks so much!

OMG I SAW A HUGE IMPROVEMENT WHEN I DID THIS STRETCH! ESPECIALLY WHEN I GRABBED MY CALF AND ANKLE! its getting higher but.. my opposite leg bends when my other leg goes up.. any tips???

I was cheerleader since 7 grade I stop doing most of my workouts stretches and i lost bit of my flexibility and ever since i watch your routine it been helping me a lot soon i’ll post mine up. Thank you ! Keep it up!

I love dancing and will be starting up again for the first time in four years, I will be starting from the beginning as to get a fresh start and want to be become more flexible. Hey Liv you are probably the most helpful flexibility person I've known. People like Anna McNutly basically expects you to have the skill to do the skill. You know our pain and you helped me push pass my limits. I've gotten my middle splits, left leg split, leg extension and so much more from you keep it up❤️

I don’t know how it helps but this is my tip (it helps me) When you are doing something that hurts say, no pain no gain like loudly in your mind.

I had been doing ballet for 3,5 years and then stopped to become a Taekwondo athlete :) My right leg is more flexible than my left just like yours :D . Your videos are really helpful :)

Split wise, it took a month to fully go down, no stretching and with ease and comfort as for getting the balance its just a matter of doing it every day as much as you can, even balancing anything similar like a y-stand helped a lot

I know it's kind of your motto, no pain no gain. But I just wanted to say if you've ever stretched a lot and were very far down or whatever, and the next you are not nearly as far down, that means you overstretched. Just keep that in mind :)

Oh my gosh!! This helped me so much!! I'm not naturally flexible and I have dance team tryouts beginning on the 23rd, so 10 days, and your videos are helping me so much because my goal is to make varsity (even if I'm 12) and thanks to your video, I just got my left splits!!!!!!

my legs are crazzzyyyy one day I can do the splits .then the next day I can't.... my legs get so sore....😥 but is it possible to not have your splits and still do it ?

I hate U DARLIENS productions it is hard but your body is going to adapt to your flexibility and sometimes my legs are also sore so no worries

Can any one tell me the purpose why this is good for your body? Leg holds, middle split etc. Why is it healthy?

Emilie S. Olsen It prevents you getting injured as much but other than that it doesn't have huge benefits. It just looks good for dancers or gymnasts

Emilie S. Olsen yes if you stretch your lower back, but posture is about strength in your back and stomach as well so you need to have a balance of flexibility and strength x

Hey, I love this video! Thank you for sharing your routine! One thing I notice about myself is that my hamstrings are relatively stretched and what holds me back to achieve first the front split and further the leg hold are my tight hip flexors. I didn't realize that for long time and focused on mainly stretching the hamstrings.

Madison Ostrowski she wasn’t naturally able to do it, but it didn’t take her long at all, she’s never really struggled with hamstring flexibility, but her hips and back weren’t naturally very flexible.

This is an awesome video! Your edit was super cool and your stretches look fun. It gave me some inspiration! I do not cheer anymore but I do work with the cheerleaders at the high school I went to. I am also working toward being a personal trainer and stretching is so important for all athletic activities. Thanks for posting!
