Yes if the weight is heavier Control the tempo, not necessarily slow it down a lot

Sir maine apne city ke gym me PT li hai 8000 per month ki aur woh mujsey gym fees (2000 rs per month)bhi alag mang rahe hai kya yeh amount nominal hai ya woh mujsey zada charge kar rahe hai ??

10 years back there was no PT in Indian gyms. In foreign gyms of North America and Europe, there are no PT. You can hire someone if needed and pay them per session. In India personal trainer लीच जैसे चिपक जाते है 😂

Sir ek baat mujhe janni hai, wo hai khane k bad pani pine ko le k, apne bahot kuch myth cleer kiye hain, iska bhi kijiye pani pina chahiye ya nhi? Kyo k log isme kahte hain k 30 min ya 1 hr bad piyo bech me na lo , so ispar ek video chahiye aur agar hai mujhse miss ho gai hai to bataiye ?
