come on PJ!!! I love you! no music necessary. Your personality saves me plus your attention on form. I have a failed 5 level thoracic fusion and live with crippling pain every day with neurological issues as well. I am not giving up and you inspire me. You are so worth money. Right now I am on disability and cannot afford much so your it. I truly hope you can keep this up. Your a special lady. Men always stink up the internet but you do look amazing and I love your hairstyle. Glad you were able to get rid of the negative comments. If you ever get negative comments remember it would have nothing to do with you since you are one of the best fitness instructors I have ever had and I have had a lot over the years.Thank you and stay safe.

Woman! I just love you. I'm dealing with some major low back & sciatica stuff and just found you a couple days ago. I did the sciatica video and it was great! THIS ONE kicked my A$$! Seriously, couldn't even do them all. I've been doing yoga power flows and they've been doing more harm then good with all of the up & down + bends. But I just wanted to FEEL like I got an actual good workout and SWEAT! And you gave that to me, so thank you. And you're hilarious! xoxoxox

Hi PJ I really like this standing workout. It's a good workout, both cardio and mobility-all that twisting. I'd appreciate more of the standing workouts as I have to go out on my deck these mornings in France as it is too warm inside and don't like putting my mat on the uneven dirty concrete floor. Still keeping me sane!

I slipped and smacked my knee on the driveway when I was blowing snow a few days ago. It's all swollen and sore, so instead of moving on with the 21 day challenge I'm doing, I decided to do this workout again. Definitely a good decision! Thanks!

Oh wow! I was feeling quite weary this morning so thought that this would be a nice gentle workout being standing. Should have known better with PJ. This is a fierce one - I had to stop so many times! Definitely one to return to when I am feeling stronger! Brilliant.

Great workout! So helpful to flow between moves and not get behind with getting up and down.... though there are some great exercises on the mat, for sure! Saving this one for a very effective cardio workout! And your chatter helped me get through the FIVE rounds (yes, I was cursing you at the beginning!) And what was up with the 40 second intervals? I just got into the mantra "I can do anything for 30 seconds!" 😉 Those extra 10 seconds.... x5.... thank you for helping me get results! 😁 Oh, and I grew up watching The Price is Right with my great aunt, but we were always off because the prices were USD vs CDN, and I was always thinking of the price I'd want to pay vs what it actually would be! (And I was a kid, I wasn't out doing the shopping!) 😄

I so totally loved this! It will be my new "go to" workout when I am in between other parts of my routine but still want an awesome workout. LOVE the fact that it is standing and easy on the wrists!! Day #5 tomorrow.....

I would suck at BOTH games. Yes, felt the isolation there in the abs. I play it smart and just keep following you ;)

I forgot i made an appointment this afternoon so in the middle of the session I needed to break this up. Thought to restart the whole session, so I just did. I am really done now!! Great exercises with plenty of cardio as well so I noticed,lol. It is pretty warm now here 27 C (for it is getting above 30 C coming days)but.. I GOT MY AIRCOOLER THIS AFTERNOON, yoohy!! Just in time and it did made a difference in exercising
