Guys i'm gonna do it for 2 weeks and give you update: Weight:68 or 67 Day1:✅ I found it super easy but sweat a lot Day2:✅ the same as the first day but my leg hurt me since i had done another workout Day3:✅ Day4:✅ Day5:✅ Day6:✅ ALMOST A WEEK 🎉 Day7:✅ HAPPY ONE WEEK Day8: ❌ I couldn't do it but tomorrow i'll do it twice Day9: ✅ I did it twice (only four days to go) Day10:✅ Day11:✅ WOHOO ALMOST DONE Day12:✅WOHOOOO 2 MORE DAYS Day13:✅ ONLY ONE DAYYY Day14: ✅WOOHOOO DID IT Results: SO IT DOES WORK LIKE THE EXTERIOR OF MY LEGS IS SMALLER and the gap between my legs is smaller than before not a lot but still I mean i only did 2 weeks so now i think i'm gonna do rhis for the rest of my summer holidays and gonna tell you the final results Weights: 65 ALMOST 64

i’ve been doing shirley kim workouts for about 2-3 months n i can say i def see some results SLOWLY but SURELY. i actually was really underweight and her content has made me look more tone, gain muscle and look more healthier.

I am telling u I try looking for other workouts that could help just as well as she does, but I never find them better. Hey guys!! I'm taking my health more seriously now n I'm going to do this workout n see if I'm able to make any difference. Day 1: ✅ Did this workout n before that 10 mins gentle stretches. Day 2 : ❎ I wasn't able to do any workout today. I did a lot of stuff yesterday so my body is paining but I'll continue from tomorrow for sure.! Day 3: ✅ It does seems like an easy exercise but it makes you sweat a lot. The energy is still on... i will give updates on this workout until July 17 Day 1 : ✅Got a nice sweat in overall good Day 2 : ✅ Went very well always a nice sweat but i also had a waist trainer on Day 3 : ✅ I definitely felt a change when i walk my legs don’t rub up against eachother like the use to Day 4: i did another workout since i got bored

Doing this workout twice a day for 3 weeks! I don't have a scale, so I'm going off physical appearance and I'm also doing one of her other workouts with this, so results may differ (?) Day 1: Easy, but I sweat a lot from it! Day 2: Same thing as yesterday but I can see a slight change in my upper thighs Update! Sorry I haven't been updating this, I had to prepare for hurricane Milton and it took a while so I wasn't able to exercise :( I'll continue updating tomorrow though! Day 3:
