I just wanted to say I really liked your presentation. It's soothing and in my opinion warm and not at all boring. I like how every now and then there's a bit of humor that leaks out lol.

Hi! I just found you a couple of days ago. Growing up in a home of dysfunction with a mother, father, stepmother, and stepfather who were raging alcoholics really set some thing in my brain. I never felt as though I was good enough and I would always try to accept others but I really think it was more like tolerating others in their behaviors. Thank you so much for this beautiful, well- thought-out, well-planned presentation!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

This was really good. I am all about everything you spoke about and I am training my 7 year old to be POSITIVE. Teaching her early in life that things are gonna happen that you cant control and that you may not like but you dont have to react Negative to the situtation or problem.

It's silly, but I recommend to my group members that anything that you "put up on the shelf," has a fish in there with it. If you leave it there too long; it's going to begin to stink! So check on it once in a while, so that the problem doesn't grow in your absence.

The amount of time we spend believing we can't is more than enough time to learn how you can. The Forwago program helped me to realize that I can achieve almost everything if I just try it hard enough. Believe in yourself :)
