This is so very good. I have been in recovery for 15 years very hard to find a good therapist. I’m going to take notes. Thank you so much.

Your videos are tremendously helpful to me. I was caught in a difficult cycle after the passing of my father in January. In particular, I used your video on increasing neurotransmitters to implement changes that worked to reduce my issues to a much more manageable level. I had mistakenly assumed that previous issues had been dealt with when they were merely lurking waiting for a triggering event. Thank you for your immense contributions to the mental health community.

@@DocSnipes I found the practical suggestions that I could implement right away helped to lift my mood. For instance, I started taking Chia seeds right away. I also took small doses of sunshine (20 minutes). I was able to find forest bathing on KZbin and watched it before bed and I did a short walk in a nature center nearby. I’m not 100 percent but I am markedly improved over the course of two weeks. I have obtained relief from rumination and sadness using these interventions which are small but powerful when combined. I believe I fall in the category of being dysregulated due to certain factors which I am also addressing with your helpful videos on that subject.

Hi, dear Doc. Thank you for your wisdom. Sorry to hear about your elbow. You can use Castor oil. Just apply it externally. Barbara O’neil and others recommend it. Hope it helps ❤

I know I get "Hangry" sometimes when I'm working on my model cars... I try to prevent this by eating something before working on a model to prevent"The Hangries"...
