I watched this video about 3 months ago and followed everything you did and I have seen major improvements to my hair. I had mild aloepecia and thinning in the middle of hair and I used the combo of the spray and oil almost every other day and the improvements are obvious. My hair is growing and my individual strands are stronger. The only thing I did differently was leave some fenugreek seeds in the oil bottle . Everything else is exactly as you showed. Thank you! I am now making the spray and oil for my mum as well.

Another way to make aloe juice or liquid is to freeze the jelly overnight and them pour a little boiling hot water on it. It will melt into a liquid that can be used in a spray bottle or however you want. No gel curds stuck in your hair. Or freeze the jelly and place in a container over a double boiler. Does the same thing, except no added water. 😁
@phinaexis9814 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the tip and I’m new here but I don’t think that’s great idea and that don’t you lose all of the benefits and nutrients of the aloe vera gel once you pour out the hot water on the aloe vera gel. And also does the aloe vera gel goes bad quickly once you do that. @R Miller

Wow, this is a gr8 idea ty!🥰
@roxxymiller4 жыл бұрын
@@phinaexis981 We've been doing it in the Caribbean since long before I was born. It lasts in the fridge for a week after liquifying. And no it doesnt lose it nutrients. We drink it for cleaning the blood by this method or by the gel blended with OJ method. The freeze method is efficient for less waste.
@roxxymiller4 жыл бұрын
@@phinaexis981 I am not sure where people get this idea that hot water destroys all the nutrients, because we use hot water to steep herbal teas and etc. They don't lose nutrients.
@phinaexis9814 жыл бұрын
I totally understand where you’re coming from but just to let you know teas are meant to be steeped in hot water because that is the whole purpose of an tea especially in herbal tea. That is the only way you’re able to get its nutrients when you’re drinking teas and I am not a cosmetology for hair but I did went to school for skincare and makeup so I do have my cosmetology license and that I am a aesthetician. but over the years I’ve been looking up a lot of things about our hair and stuff and doing a lot of research. And I’ve learned so much especially when it comes to kinky curly hair and I found out that you’re not supposed to heat up in a boiling water for the hair growth oil and hot oil treatments. And that your supposed to let it sit in the hot water for it to heat up and if not it can destroyed all the nutrients and the only reason why we can boil it in that way is because we’re boiling tea but it’s not the same with hair growth oils and hot oil treatments. so I wouldn’t recommend that unless you infusing the oils in hot water. And that is the correct way to heat up your hot oil treatments or to warm up your hair growth oil’s if you want to do it that way it’s not supposed to be boiling hot water that’s where people get it wrong so I hope you understand where I’m coming from and have a blessed. @R Miller
