Question one(adult dogs and puppies question) : you need to divide by 5, not 4. So, 75/5=15. 1:4 ratio is 15:60

This just goes to show that sometimes, the best answer to any given question is "I don't know" or at least some form of "I don't know" because answering a question like you *do* know the answer even though you don't might just be the dumbest thing you can do.

In case anyone was curious: - 1:4 means that the number of adult dogs is 4 times the number of puppies and both numbers combined equal 75. The tape diagram would be a horizontal bar with a line dividing where the number of puppies ended and the number of adult dogs begin, which would be 15 puppies and 60 adult dogs (15 + 60 = 75) so the dividing line would be placed one fifth of the length of the bar. - 9 stamps is 30% of oddly enough, 30 total stamps (9 x 0.3 = 30 x 0.7 = 21 + 9 = 30) - ((X + X^2) / 6) + 10 and X=5 ((5 + 5^2) / 6) + 10 ((5 + 25) / 6) + 10 (30 / 6) + 10 5 + 10 = 15 I have too much spare time in this quarantine too. - Napoleon didn't die in battle, he died from stomach cancer in 1815 on the Island of Saint Helena where he was exiled to after his defeat at the Battle of Waterloo which he walked away from very much alive, I would have called out the teacher on that one.
