Normally i practice every day but following a bout of intense depression, Ive barely left my bed for over two weeks. today i found some courage to move, and this flow was perfect. not too challenging, moved me in all the right ways, nicely energising and i felt safe with your vocal quality, cues and positivity miki... thank you so muhc, im truly grateful

Loved beginning with an upper back stretch! So many of us have tightness there due to computer work but it's rarely addressed in yoga routines. Thank you!

Really wasn't feeling energized enough to do an extreme power yoga class, but was going to try my best. But this entire class I was like "oh that feels good". Exactly what I needed today. Perfect morning stretch after a tossing and turning sleep.

I used to do a lot of yoga but last 2+ years there were so many things to deal with that my sport routine dropped. Now I am returning including Yoga and this was the 1st flow after so much time and it felt good... and a bit challenging, but I get there :-) Thank you
