This guy is clearly new to this kind of case. He should have stopped his witness, explained to the witness that they should only testify on their own firsthand knowledge, and then rephrased the question. He’s been objecting with hearsay so instinctively throughout this whole trial, he didn’t think about how important it is to treat unbiased witnesses like this with care and respect. He is gaining no favor in this trial. His tactics work in small time court by constantly stumbling the opposing side’s attorney, but in a case like this he needs to understand that the court of public opinion is going to heavily weigh on the outcome of this case.

Her lawyer objecting to his own question is so in sync with Amber, after defaming Johnny, crying to him for help to save her credibility/career. They're unbelievable. And, even after all she's inflicted on him he still tried to spare her a dreadful downfall. She just couldn't leave well enough alone; couldn't help herself. She had to pile on more cruelty. Tragic.

@Throw Away I’m all for witty videos about this court case, but this video is just a fundamental misunderstanding of what happened in the clip. The lawyer is objecting to the response to his question, not to the his question itself. This is a completely normal practice. Of course, they’ve been claiming hearsay at every turn this case.
