I’ve been injured many times working out like this and changing to slow and controlled on the eccentric and fast and explosive on the concentric gave me insane results. Everyone with basic understanding of optimal training (especially for NFL PLAYERS!!!) can tell these dudes don’t understand shit of working out.

Yep this is how I work out in the gym at age 50. To you young dudes, this kind of workout will pay you in dividends when you get to be my age and help you maintain your independence later in life. You'll be running laps around other older men your age later and you'll have a lot fewer health issues.

Please separate them being starting wide receivers in the nfl from their weightlifting form. Sus form is sus form even if Ronnie Coleman is doing it. Not because I’m a narcissist, but because it’s been studied to death. A geologist telling me the earth is flat is still wrong. I just Did this exact workout, and I felt like I was gonna pass out but not light headed kinda pass out it basically felt euphoric at the end. Curious if they just went home after that? I'd have to do so much elliptical or whatever for cooldown, right after, to be able to walk the next day, day after, and day after that! If I lift anything resembling that, and just finish without a cooldown or stretch, the DOMS is INSANE for dayssss to come.

I understand he's an elite athlete, and these guys are specimens that can get away with poor training technique to an extent. But it's only a matter of time when neglecting reasonably good form.
