Professionally, he’s made it alot further than us. How long it may or may not work for them, who knows. Also keep in mind that their father was a professional bodybuilder a long time ago. A speed power athlete like amon should be doing plyos and power based training 1-3 reps of 40-60% and then maximal strength training-1-3 prolly lower than 80% just due to injury risk. The hypertrophy might boost work capacity but like football is a glycolic energy and phosphates energy system sport its fast twitch. The hypertrophy work capacity training will only help endurance and injury resistance from increased muscle mass. I'd also do unilateral stuff too

Don't follow this with this form folks, simple as that. Amon is an insane receiver, one of my favorites, but this isn't what got him here.

That Leg Press Machine looks bad for the lower back. See how it rolls up and is not supported. That is probably why they stopped making them.

Form is the most underrated and overrated part of working out at the same time haha. Everyone has different ways of moving, there are some major dos and donts but some people also will just look different in an effort to lift the most weight they can and u gotta be flexible with them

There is no form on the back workout. The weight should be lower so you can have full range of movement which will give you better overall growth..Ijs
