Convincing Padme to release Grievous so that the war can go on until the Jedi are vanquished and Sith control over the galaxy is solidified by his 2nd apprentice, Palpatine after Plagieus has failed the one true master of the Sith. Jar Jar truly is extremely dangerous and cunning. An all powerful Sith Lord masquarding as a fool and a buffoon to rule from the shadows.

And when they had their next fair fight, Anakin put Dooku on his back foot. Then he contended well with Dooku in their next fight and then in their final fight, he bested him.

The Separatists were even kind enough to give him back his lightsaber, they didn't have to but they still did. Grievous on the other hand, lost his lightsabers.
