the reason why people think that Sodom and Gomorrah were punished for the sin of Homosexually is that in some versions of the incident at Lot's house in Genesis, it mentioned ALL MEN from every part of Sodom, both young and old went to Lot's house and demanded Lot to hand his two guests over so that they could have ### with them, Lot tried to plead to them by offering his two daughters instead. But the people of Sodom refused and still demanded his two guests. In Judas 1:7 it was mentioned that Sodom and Gomorrah indulged in sexual immortality.

The Prophet Lut (as), wasn’t offering his own 2 daughters. It’s meant the women of Sodom. Lot being a Prophet, all women and men are "sons and daughters." Prophet Lut (as), was an honourable messenger and is free from the immoral actions the Bible attributed to him! Sodom was destroyed because of its practice of homosexuality. Homosexuality was introduced into the world by the people of Lut-none in the history of mankind had ever experienced or practiced homosexuality before Sodom. This shameful practice was the norm amongst this nation, and the entire population engaged in it. In Ancient Rome, the sacred geese were considered divine animals and were devoted to the goddess Juno, the queen of the gods. Sounds like people in cities had absolutely no boundaries, were totally wild, uncontained, forced themselves on anyone & everyone. Struck with blindness means they were diseased. Several STD's cause blindness. "Couldn't find the door, " means no way to escape, can't leave the place they were in. Those diseases were spread throughout the city & had to be stopped. Obviously we know how disease spreads and indeed leads to a catastrophe both mentally & physically when spread. Disease knows no boundaries, but people can certainly fortify themselves, their city. The book of Jasper which is mentioned in the Bible, goes into detail about specific sins of Sodom. Ezekial describes Sodom. The water of the dead sea used to be fresh, theres quite a few abandoned settlements dotted around it. To answer your question the water is way too salty to desalinate for drinking water. Ive been a few times, its a beautiful place

In older texts there is mention of awesome weapons that were used in a piramid war, one of those weapons was called the weapon with the brilliance of the sun, you found green glass made by a nuke so I draw the conclusion this city was hit by a nuke, that exploded above ground to the south-west. There's a place in the Sahara with a lot of this green glass. I bet that is somewhere to the south-west of this city.

I don’t think this is at all true. It seems more like I’m being fed half truths to try and convince me of something other than what he bible actually says. The complete story of Lot and his family, points directly to sexual immorality. So when you completely dismissed that being the reason, seems to me that you have already rejected the whole truth and are trying to convince others to believe what you believe.
