I've been doing this 4x a week for 2 months now, and my arms look amazing! When I first started I couldn't get past 1 minute without pausing, now I can get through the whole video without stopping :) I am significantly stronger and my arms/chest look so good in a tank top lol. Thanks Annie!!

ive been really sick lately and my arms got so weak that i couldn't even lift them to wash my hair without getting exhausted.. but already after a couple days i can do most of this workout without a break and i'm starting to feel a lot better.. this is pretty intense but is just right even if you're very weak.. thank you annie!!

Hi Annie, I have just finished doing your last arm workout, which I do religiously 3 times a week with 5 lb weights, so I was just scrolling down the youtube items and came across this new arm workout you posted, I am really looking forward to trying this one. I started with your first arm workout with 2 lb weights, then found your 5 min workout with 5 lb weights and have been doing that one religiously 3 times a week, then they took off your music and also your voiced instructions and it hasn't been the same since, I still follow but with the sound on mute, and it is surprising how much harder and how much longer the workout seems without your voiced instruction and inspiration. Strange, I know, but oh so true !! I just finished the 5 lb workout and saw this new one, so watched it and I am going to try this new one tomorrow. PLEASE PLEASE can you do something about the last arm workout with 5 lb weights and the voice and music, I really really love that workout and it has done amazing results for me (at age 73, my arm skin was awful and it had no definition, I always wanted to cover up that part, but now after months of doing your arm workout religiously, my arms are much improved, thank you). Don’t know just why, but this quickie is challenging for me! I do it several times a week in the morning, just after my hour walk in the foothills prior to my other routines. Sometimes I find these shorter routines are more challenging than those longer ones! Thanks for all of your routines Annie!

Wow! Have tried this twice now, can’t do it perfectly definitely need to take tiny rests in there. Already feel stronger the second time around though. Using 2.5 weights because that’s the lightest I have and it BURNS

The first time i did it I couldn’t finish it, now it’s the second time and I finally did it !! I will definitely keep doing it and I’ll update you guys ! (I plan to do this every two days). My arms are at 30cm for now and my biggest area of concern is the fat i have on my armpits and on the back of my arms.
