Thank you Anoma. I usually make dosai at home and also idly. Add some ghee before taking out of the pan. Ghee dosai is very tasty

Hi Anoma I like this recipe and wanted to try. What's the reason of using the 'water' used to soak urid dhal? Is there any reason? Please clarify .Thank you so much for that and I was waiting to get a nice recipe for Dosa. Thanks :))
Dosai... One of my favourite, thnx fr sharing aunty. Yeah it's so true, when mk at home, it's yummy n t richness is there...also nt frgtng most of t continents shapes r there too...big lol... hugs n kisses like always
