Pranayama helps bring vitality and strength into the body and can greatly help in the healing process of many types of mental and physical ailments. Wether one can heal from a disease depends on so many factors like: The severity of the disease, one's diet, one's willingness to make drastic changes in lifestyle, one's mental strength, but also things like ability to clean the mind and heart from old emotions that can keep mind and body in a constant state of stress. Etc, etc. The right type of Pranayama and meditation will always be beneficial. Even if it will not cure the physical disease, you will cure your heart and soul and can accept that life in this body is not eternal. Peace and blessings. Michaēl
