This is my go-to routine these days. Usually, with quick routines, it's quite hard for me to relax. But your soothing voice and way of transitioning between postures really give the _perfect balance_ between relaxation and waking up your body holistically. *Truly appreciate you* Arianna ♥️

This is my favorite one. I woke up with so much pain in my upper back. It's gone. Thank you I started with your wrist warm up video because I never liked downward dog because of wrist pain. Doing this helped when it came time to downward dog in this video! ☺️

I love this sequence! Soothing yet energizing at the same time. And what a great shoulder opener, whew! Thank you for your positive affirmations at the end. As someone who suffers from anxiety, particularly in the morning, hearing that confirmation of my purpose at the end of practice is truly a comfort.

Hi Ariana! I have made a conscious move towards choosing who I do yoga with. So far I am loving your videos and your moves, bends and posses are very different which I love the most. I have a short morning yoga ritual everyday. Can I request request you to make 10mins videos for like a month or so. You can name it a 30 days morning challenge. And if you could add an affirmation with it each day will be awesome. I hope I am not too demanding. Much love 🧡💛💚
