Just an update for everyone, I started doing this 2 weeks ago and I've lost atleast 2 inches off my waist, with a visibly flatter belly than before! (no diet whatsoever) Keep going guys, it's a really effective workout.

I did this workout every day for the last 14 days and lost 2 inches around my tummy. I did not change my eating habits and did not lose weight - so the inches off definitely came from the workout. I want to try some of Sally's other workouts too. Excited to see measurable results so quickly. Thank you, Sally!

@@tarajones2145 HI, I'm not OP, but I also want to share that I have also some very good results - I haven't measured but there is a visible change. I used to have a visible mommy pooch which is now gone. I did this challenge for 14 days, 10min a day, but repeated the whole challenge 3 times for visible results - 14 days, then ca. 7 - 10 days break (during period), then again 14 days and so on. Now I do a mix of the 10min Saddle Area Challenge with this one - one day I do the 10 min Saddle Area workout, the other I do the Love Handles and Lower Belly Fat.

Hey you don't even know how grateful I am for your workouts I am a breast cancer survivor that weighed 285 after treatment I was experiencing chest pain just from walking 2 - 3 blocks Now I am down to 198 and still exercising hard using your workouts. I was skeptical but had nothing to lose but belly fat, so I did the 14 day challenge (only skipped one day 😬). I took a before and after pic and I truly can say IT WORKS!!! My love handles have noticeably shrunk! Thanks for this video and making an impact in my workout in my problem area!

when doing the workout did u feel pain in the love handle area? i only do a bit and i'm worried it wont work if it doesn't burn

I been doing this workout for 1 week and I loss an inch around my waist so far. I no longer have a fupa showing in my pants. 😂 People have been complimenting me and telling me that they notice that my waist got smaller and my stomach got flatter & they say it looks really great on me! but keep in Mind, it is not possible to lose fat on a particular spot like that because of an exercise! U are just training the muscle!

Day 1:🎉🎉🎉 I did so well today. Not very easy but I didn’t cheat. Will come back for more updates Day2: I did well, but Ey this workout is not easy Day3: I actually felt the burns during the exercise today but completed it. Day4: I feel like a rockstar! Day5: I’m so happy, it’s starting to feel a bit easier! And I can actually feel the difference in my waist. Day6: I took a 2 days rest during the weekend. And started day 6 on Monday. It wasn’t too bad. Day 7: All the exercises are easier for me now and my yoga pants are getting a bit loose in the waist 😅 Day 8: ✅✅✅ forgot to update Day 9: I really feel great 🥹 (the workout is working!) Day 10: My work pants are officially loose around my waist 😁

Alright I’m going to try this workout because I’m fat Day 1: ✅ It wasn’t easy but it burned and I loved the feeling I’m feeling good Day 2: ✅ same as day one it was a little easier Day 3: ❌ I went to a friends house but got home late so I didn’t do it Day 4: ✅ for some reason it was really hard to finish without pausing but I did it Like to remind me to update

Age Late 60s I suffer from fibromyalgia/chronic pain...but here goes! Start date 1st March 2023. At start: Waist 28" Belly/Muffin 35" Height 5'5" Day 1: Did it! Day 2: Ooh some muscle pains in ribs, but managed the routine. Day 3: Muscle aches not so bad. Did the routine. Day 4: So fatigued today, and achey, not sure I can do it But I did it! Day 5: Struggling with pain and fatigue, but completed routine. Day 6: In pain from gardening, but managed the routine. 6 days in now! Day 7: Tough again today, but did the routine. Edit: I got up to day 10 and had lost an inch off my waist! Then pain from the fibromyalgia stopped me. I had to concentrate on getting the pain under control. 24th March. I started the routine again, and will update again in a few weeks.

My loves, i just wanted to share that this workout really works wonders! I've been practicing it for the past month, and I'm truly amazed by the results. Always remember to tune in to your body and practice patience with yourself. It only takes one small habit added to your routine to start seeing the changes. I strongly believe it's more about the mental aspect than the physical one. One you start doing things for your own well being this is when the results will last💗

Been doing this workout regularly and I'm seeing results!!! I always add this workout at the end of any other workouts I'm doing and it's been a game-changer!! Try it for at least 14 days! Edit: officially lost 4 pounds with only this work-out! I've been trying a few different online workouts for 2 years and I kept of gaining weight. First time I'm losing some! feels amazing!

Weight can be a bit finicky because muscle weighs more than fat, so you were probably just gaining some muscle. Glad you’ve found a workout that gets the results you’ve wanted tho!

@@aaa-tm2kp If you want the best results yes, as you can’t truly target fat loss in a specific area. It really depends on each individual body tho, and you might have to just try different exercises to find what works for you.

I’m a mom of 6 at 36 and as much as I’d love to lose weight weighing at 155 I really just need to lose my thighs and belly inches. 10 minutes is about all I can spare. Thank you for this video. I’m hoping it helps me. Day 1 down. Here’s to trying to stay motivated and get it done.

Hi i'm 62. I used to do a different video specifically for love handles and lower belly fat and i switched to this one. It works !! Ive forwarded to both of my granddaughters and my daughter. At first it was really challenging but keep pushing and you'll be able to get through it without huffing and puffing. Im now getting back into my size 6 pants without feeling like I'm squeezed into them. Exercise keeps you in shape and young. Love the music and routine. Thanks

14 days challenge completed today!✅ I suffer from depressive episodes and this workout was the only thing I was able to do during the past few weeks because it is so short and it did not require too much from me except from showing up for 10 minutes. I think it not only improved my body strength but also helped a bit with my emotional state. Thank you!

The most important thing is to keep your ABS tight (by pulling your belly button in) for the whole duration of the video. Otherwise you probably won’t see results. Before I knew that I did ABS workouts with my belly kept loose and sticked out and wondered why nothing has changed. I’ve been doing the workout for about two weeks daily (with 2 or 3 exceptions) and I can already see a difference!

I will do this every day for a week and keep you all updated. Doing this with the lose belly fat in 7 days 5 minute lilli sabri workout. Day 1: It was pretty hard for someone who hasn't worked out in a while. I can feel my core muscles tightening as I do these exercises. I do see some differences as opposed to before the exercise. I think tomorrow will be easier. Day 2: Today was much easier and I am surprised at how fast the results are happening. I feel my core working out as i do these. Keep in mind i haven't changed my diet at all, I've just been drinking lots of water. Day 3: Its getting easier to do the workouts and I'm not getting as tired after. So far, the body fat hasn't been reduced, but it has been giving more of a snatched waist. Hopefully, by the end of the week, i will have achieved my goal. If i am not happy by the end of the week, i will continue an extra 7 days

Love your workouts! I've been doing 3 of your standing workout videos every day for a week. (I do the slim leg everyday, then choose 2 belly/waist workout videos), and I already notice a difference in my waist! These standing workouts are great for me because they're easier on my bad back (as opposed to situps, crunches). Thanks so much! Already feeling more confident in my summer clothes :)

If you found this comment it probably means you came from Fraser's video with my 60 days adventure. Let's go another 15 days here! Day 1 (61): The first thing that really hits is that there are no rest sections. I don't love cardio. This got my heart rate up. We'll see what the days hold for us! Keep it up spartans! Day 2: I feel it's getting a bit easier, no real struggle with anything. Keep it up spartans! Day 3: I have a lot of work but im still doing it. Keep it up!

I'm 65 and the size of a hobit lol and thoroughly enjoyed this. I'm an Ethical Vegan so my diet doesn't need changing. Didn't keep up with the amount to some exercises because my brain had to adjust so next time I'm more prepared. Im wanting to go mountain climbing this year so I'm exercising everyday in preparation. Didn't push myself as I have an injured knee that needs a few days to heal. Thank you. Loved this Ava

Thank you. I am 60. Of course I had to adapt a lot. Couldn’t do everything. But anyways you remind me of me when I was in my thirties. I got a bad eating disorder and lost 11 inches. I‘m your fan, Sally! First day, I could hardly finish the workout, had some troubles with the coordination of movements during some exercises. Each day I was getting better, now, after 3 weeks with daily exercises I can see and feel so many good changes. Thank you for this inspiration! I found some other great 10 minutes workouts (arm, shoulders, back) on KZbin and I exercise always one of them in combination with this video. Better then any fitness club!

Doing this 2x a day for a week!! (Started 7/6/23) Day 1 : it was kinda hard but I got through it!! Day 2 : my stomach was sore from the previous day, but it got a bit better!! Day 3 & 4 : Lowk forgot to update but I lost about 2 inches off of my waist :)

Day 30 🎉 I do this once a day + 34 min of cardio + 30 min back and arm exercice + walking a few hours a day (at work) while eathing a high protein vegan diet on deficit of calorie. I lose a ton of low belly fat, but still have a bit. I gonna keep doing this workout, I really recomend.

Love this workout (and your slim arms workout!) . I feel like I am working my butt and thighs at the same time. I always avoided ab workouts because crunches and other floor workouts are not good for my neck so this standing workout is perfect for me! Thanks Sally ❤

Day 1 : Tired and took alot of breaks Day 2: Took less breaks and I feel alot of motavation Day 3: Same as yesterday Day 4: tired Day 4: Proud and took alot less breaks Day 5: Easier and felt the burn Day 6: very proud and took only 1 break :) Day 7: No breaks and very fast!

Just found this and am going to try the 14 days challenge for myself.. Day 1 - Completed. Found the lunge and crunch tough. Gonna keep on going... Day 2 - ✅ Day 3 - Tiring, sweated a lot but feel good and will keep on going. Day 4 - Done and hopefully slimming down Day 5 - Missed. Was unwell Day 6 - Done and time flew by Day 7 - Done (missed 3 days) Day 8 - Done ************************** Reset button coz had to stop for a month Day 1 - Completed. Day 2 - Done Day 3 - Done Day 4 - done

I got a 3 month pregnant belly even though I’m 7 months postpartum. I pushed myself and finished. I had points where I needed to stop but kept pushing through. I’m going to lose weight I deserve this❤️

I've never been very good at staying disciplined long enough to see results so I'm going to start tracking my progress here! Day 1: COMPLETED, sweating a little bit. Day 2: Definitely a little easier than yesterday, gotta keep working! DAY 3: It was a little difficult because I'm a bit sore, but I did it anyway. Only day three so not seeing any differences. DAY 4ish: I was sick for a couple days so I couldn't do it but now I'm back

15 years ago I quit working in the gym and also quit doing anything of sport because i was always skinny. Now i’ve gained 10kg after I quit smoking and this is my first work out in 15 years and i’m loving it!!! Love the burn!!!!! Love the heart pounding! Day 2 of doing this workout and I can already feel the pain on my sides, trying to go back to my regular size which is 47kg, gained 10kg during the pandemic and stress eating which I regret completely.. hoping this workout can help me get back in shape :)

Thank you so much for this workout! It's become part of my daily routine- I love how quick it is, the great music, and that I can really feel myself working. I've been doing it for almost 2 weeks now, and can feel and see a difference in my stomach. Didn't measure before starting, but I can tell that everything's tightening up - my clothes are starting to fit better again! Excited to continue this journey, with your workout videos as a large part. Thank you!!! Also, for anyone reading this with knee trouble, I sometimes just swap out a different exercise if I can't do the one Sally's up to. So, for example, no "ski" movement for me- so instead I fill in a different exercise. Don't let your knees hold you back!

17 aug '24, day 1. Feeling good, did it early in the morning. Paused twice. See you tomorrow :) 18 aug, day 2. Keeping a good rhythm with the workouts, paused once. Let's do this! 19 aug. missed a day was out for most of it, did hit over 10k steps though so I'm happy. 20 aug, day 3. Feeling good but procrastinated doing it until later. Edit: Hi all! I have just started doing these workouts again after a few weeks break. Life got hectic. But it's a daily habit that I would like to work on. I started doing these workouts in march and saw such great results! My pants were fitting better and my family had started to notice and ask what I was doing. I was doing this video and the round back, slim arms video by Yuuka(8 mins, low impact) they're good together and add up to 18 minutes, which is one episode of something, do with that what you will :)) I struggle with balance, so the curtsy lunge I do: lunge to standing straight, to standing crunch, break the movement up. Doing the exercises slower and correct is better than doing them fast and trying to match the pace of the video. Feel where the movement is. here we go :) _______________________________________________________ 18 mar '24 - day 1, had to pause the video a few times to catch my breath, but I finished it and I'm proud of myself for that. 19 mar - day 2, was kind of anxious to start but once I was rolling it was good. had to pause a few times to catch my breath. 20 mar - day 3 feeling it in my legs today, got it done in the morning as I find it's harder to motivate myself at the end of the day. Still paused a few times. 21 mar - day 4 another morning session, noticing that I've been feeling less bloated and more energy throughout the day! 22 mar - day 5! is this my first day 5? yes! usually get to day 4 and then take a rest day/week, still pausing the video if I need to catch my breath. I really struggle with the lunges! So I've been working on getting that move right by doing normal lunges for the first 20 seconds and I've seen a big improvement! Also feeling more comfortable/sleeping better. See you tomorrow! 23 mar - day 6! feeling a much better flow with the workouts, still struggling with the lunges. 24 mar - hello day 7, a full week! definitely noticing my one pair of shorts are fitting better and feeling good! 25 mar - day 8, whoop! feeling it but feeling good. 26 mar - day 9, evening session but did it! 27 mar - day 10, had a good day, did two videos 28 mar - day 11, rest 29 mar - day 12, honestly seeing and feeling better results. I’ll be updating everyday for exactly 2 weeks. If I’ll see results i might do it even longer. Day1:✅ breathtaking didnt find it too difficult,you can do it Day2:✅ wooh it was great. Definitely feel tension in muscles. Was difficult then yesterday Day3:✅ soo tired. Don’t give up Day4:✅ exhausted but worth it kinda feel like changing Day5:✅ it’s kinda getting easier everyday Day6:✅ the workout went sp fast didn’t even noticed definitely easier then other days kinda seeing results. Day7:✅ still out of breath don’t give up Day8:✅ felt soo easy. Also i was watching my fav show so time passed like nothing deff see results Day9:✅ same as the other day also real tiering Don’t Give Up Day10:✅ it was perfect also it’s a sunny day and worked out with more motivation Day11:✅ feeling pretty good Day12:✅ its literally so easy but keep going Day13:✅ woh it was tiring it’s literally getting so easier every day. @@bighitgaming2526 I really have done weight loss, I have done this exercise and with it, I have done full body fat loss in 20 minutes through exercise and diet, I stopped eating junk food, specially soft drinks and sometimes on special occasions, I have a cheat day but remember to change exercise after every 2 or 3 weeks.

First day of workout I can't tell you the relief I felt by not having to jump around or having to get down on the mat and back up (I found out those exercises kill me and honestly they hurt my wrists and ankles a lot). I'm a beginner and I'm not in shape whatsoever and this workout was very much doable. I sweat a ton and I only had to briefly stop for about half a minute once. I did the upper back and shoulders workout today along with this one and I surely do feel it. I managed to pull through with a couple pauses along the way. P.s. I think my left side is a bit weaker than my right since I did struggle more with left-sided exercises. I'll be coming back to this comment to track my progress. As of right now I weigh 60,3 kg (160 cm) and my goal is to reach 55 kg for now. I won't be restricting my food but I will be making note of what I eat and make an effort to eat more nutritious food.

@Hindi_Motivation_Ai hi! So turns out when life beats you around you don't have much time or energy to exercise every day. Stuff happened and after a couple of days of exercising I just ended up neglecting this routine. I have switched to an eliptical trainer that I recently got and it's such an easy way for me to exercise. I'd say I've lost perhaps a kilogram and a half at most during the past month, but it's such an insignificant amount that it may as well be dependent on the day. I plan on coming back to these exercises alongside training on the eliptical as soon as I have more free time to spare.

trying to do this for 2 weeks challenge (without other dietary restrictions + combining this with yoga and small walks daily) day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ getting sore but still proud that i did it!! day 4: ✅ i’m already noticing results!! my love handles are less pronounced and my lower tummy is flatter even at 8pm when i’ve already eaten a lot today day 5: ✅ my legs are so sore when i squat but i still did it wooo day 6: ✅ today i was reminded how important it is to control your breathe during the workout and that it’s okay to take little breaks in between to focus on that 🫶 day 7: ❌ rest because i did yoga and cycled today day 8: ✅ beyonce kept me going during this one day 9: ✅ day 10: ✅ day 11: ✅ day 12: ✅ day 13: ✅ day 14: ❌ skipping due to busy schedule

I am a totally beginner. No workouts for years. I did this for the first time. Next day I had a huge pain between my Brests , that continue for the next days. Please pay attention ,it looks so easy. It is,but it is very effective. If you have months since you had your workout. Do it just a few seconds and stop. Otherwise you will have like me this huge pain. I even thought about going to the doctor. Finally I realised that are my muscles. Thank you Sally.

I’m back again ! 2 years later at 64. I forgot how great this workout is! It particularly helps my lower back which I just tweaked putting my 2 year old granddaughter in her crib; her mattress has been lowered to the floor to keep her in 🤪and she has a broken leg and consequently a cast, which makes her heavier; Honestly I was in pain but did this yesterday and my lower back felt so much better when I woke up today. This workout so very much helped ; I need to do this more regularly again. Love the music too! Thanks for keeping this Grammy in great shape to be able to provide good care; she has a baby sister now too so I really need it 🤪!

I will update each day i workout, and i will update my weight each week. Hi Sally! Im a teenager who is kinda insecure about my weigh.. I did some research, ill be doing this workout plus running everyday untill im satisfied:) NOTE: I have asthma and is prone to overeating when im bored, tho im working on it!! Day 1 - ✅ It was pretty tuff, im out of breath and a little sweaty, managed to do the whole workout without cheating! My arms somehow got more tired than the rest of my body! Day 2 - ✅ It was the same as last day, tho i didn't sweat as much! Excited to see the results!

i’m going to keep my progress here! I wanted to do this workout to feel better about myself. Day 1: I did it i was tired after but drank a lot of water and had a little pain in my thighs Day 2: Woke up very sore in the thighs and the sides of my stomach which means i did the workout well! I did it and pushed through the soreness Day 3: Almost all the soreness went away and I did the workout today and noticed a difference in my breathing, I can control it more than I did on the first two days. It was easier to do today and really felt the burn! Day 4: I skipped the workout i was so exhausted from a party i went to Day 5: I walked a lot instead, starting the workout again tomorrow! Day 6: I got through it and could feel the burn! My sides are kinda sore after so i know tmmr i’m gonna be soreeee because i didn’t do the wo for two days but it’s okay! Day 7: Completed it. I’ve been working out at night now but I will keep pushing though. Okay so i did the workout for a few more days and gave up but you guys can do this!! I can say my sides are a bit smaller than before

Okay I’m going to go for it!!! I lost 40 lbs in 2020. I gained a lot of Covid weight 😢 My daughter told me my face was sagging. Im so happy she was honest with me!!! I’m 58. I love cardio not weight! So I gained back 15 lbs. face looks better! But I just want to be toned for my other kiddos wedding. Changing my mind set on exercise . I have until September! I’m going to go for it. Felt it in my sides, which is good. ✔️Day 3- 😭 I don’t wanna do it to be honest. Feeling super down.. but I’m going to force myself. ✖️Day 4- Just didn’t have time. ✔️Day 5- Did it! Getting easier, faster, and sweatier lol 😂. ✔️Day 6- I did it! Starting to see a lil difference on my hips 😅. ✔️Day 7- Done 🙌🏻 ✔️Day 8- Done. Took longer then 10mins, due to the teething ten month old. ✖️Day 9- Personal things. Wasn’t a priority. ✔️Day 10- Got it done. Mostly noticing my hips and sides are thinning out. Stomach eh.. but we’ll get there. Also seeing around my jaw line is losing some weight. I’ll take it 😅 ✖️Day 11- Wasn’t home. Will try and do double tomorrow. Day 12- Day 13- Day 14- Day 15- Haven’t changed much of my diet. I don’t eat fast food, or drink soda in general. But I cut back on breads. Well I didn’t get the 2wks done obviously. However. My sides look better, my stomach did lose some, and even my face looks slimmer. It definitely helps and also just helped build some strength back that I had lost. I would recommend ❤. If you did this, every day, plus fixing your diet. You’ll be set! Once I have time to get back into working out again, life is to busy right now. I’ll probably go back to Chloe Ting. That’s what I was doing between pregnancies. But to be honest, I’ll be doing some of these workouts randomly.. like waiting for something to cook, or just have 2 mins lol.

My first day. I am 64 years young. Out of shape, broken foot in cast for 8 weeks. First day went very well. I did have to use a chair for balance sometimes, but I loved it. Quick changes keep me going. THANK YOU. I will update in 1 week.😄

So started this yesterday. Day 1 : Was a little out of breath but thought it not too bad. Day 2: Woke up this morning and ouch !! My sides are hurting ! But just did it, again a little out of breath but felt tougher as muscles are hurting a little. But will definitely keep it up, want to drop a dress size by September so hopefully this and the spinbike I've borrowed will do the trick !!🤞 Day 3 : legs are struggling today but done Day 4: managing all the exercises, stomach doesn't feel sore now but my legs😢 could also be to the spinbike which I'm doing every other day. But no pain no gain ! Day 5: feeling good today. Really enjoying this Day 6 : balance is improving day by day

I started this 10 min workout 22 months post partum and I can tell THIS WORKS! I used to be a triathlete pre-pregnancy but my figure massively changed after giving birth to a massive 4.3kg baby (im petite 5ft). My c section pouch (which I cant do much about that as that’s how I was stitched back) but I can say that my tummy is visibly tighter again and it doesnt bulge as much as before. But before trying this workout I worked on closing my diastasis recti first with help of Sally’s workout videos 😊 they all work!

Hey I am starting this workout from today and i'll keep y'all updated on the results Day-1 It was kinda difficult and burnt a lot but I managed to finish it. Day-2 It was easier than yesterday, already feeling slimmer than before Day-3 Ngl it took a strong will power to convince myself to complete this workout today cus i already did a 30 min cardio before it, but trust me guys you will feel way better about yourself once its over Day-4 Done for today Day-5 skipped today, had to go out. Day-6 completed and u wont believe the changes, i lost around an inch and its quite visible Day-7 im getting used to this workout and it was pretty easy today so i finished one more workout after this one ;) Day- 8 done for today, its getting pretty easy now Day-9 It was quite exhausting since i was out the whole day but worth it. Day-10 Now I'm also trying to cut off some sugary and high cal food from my diet to see better changes along w this workout Day-11 pff done Day-12 cant believe it but I'm actually an inch and a half down Day-13 Finished, just last day to go Day-14 Drumrolls, completed this challenge and I've lost almost 2.5 inches from my waist and I'm definitely looking at a healthier version of myself in the mirror. Thanks for this workout and if any of you is wondering about starting it, then please do. DO IT FOR YOURSELF AS ONLY YOU CAN MAKE THE CHANGE.

@@anchalkaushal4957 Hey, actually i limited my sugar intake to once in 3-4 days and added protein rich food to my diet along with carbs. I also did cardio from Roberta's gym channel along with this workout. You can still eat whatever you want but in a fixed portion and remember to stay active .

Simple and Easy to do... Juz 10 mins to tone our body. Great one Miss Sally!!! Thanks for tis Video. It actually happens within 14 days. No change in Weight but could see the shrunken muscles near hips and inner thighs. Awesome❤ I'm loving it... Continuity makes my body flexible and strong😊

Be careful with your back on this one and go easy if you're new to these movements - I think I went too hard and my back's had muscle spasms for three days now! I think it was the curtsy lunch to crunch at 06:00 that did it. Go easy and be careful!

I did complete the 14 day exercises. I miss a day but did them the next day and extended it so that there were 14 days. I feel stronger. Core is a bit tighter. I do suggest doing this workout barefoot with a mat. It gave me more stability. 😊 This is something you can add to your workout or can help to get you started toward wellness...😊
