thank you ash - not sure if you’ll read this but i’ve been doing your videos for a few months now. i’ve recently seperated with my partner and am having some mental health challenges.. tonight i missed my usual boxing class, i felt so guilty and i know i would’ve felt better if i moved my body but i couldnt bring myself to leave the house. it was creeping up to 8pm and i decided to chose one of your videos. thank you for your videos, they help in so many ways ❤x
