It is wonderful to see everything that the mind and body can do, but most wonderful power that universal energy deposit in each of us and to manifest it. Thank you for sharing this picture.

Best demonstration I've seen of Ashtanga yoga on KZbin. I love the way you can hear her Ujjayi breathing - nice and loud, the way it should be!

Her backbands are incredible! I'm inspired. Yoga is wonderful.

Her breathing and form is more than helpful, my backbends have improved. It will be a few months until I get to the last forms. I'm 4 weeks in to my practice and my wife says she can see the changes already. Please post more Anne.

That's true. Many people have problems in the joints and tendons because of an unhealthy diet. In my opionion, the practice is a support to find your real self, your real strength. The work to do is actually face the ego, the weaker self and gradually let it go to find the way to identify with your soul.

This is very inspiring and cool to watch. You look so graceful and one can hear the right breathing. I know how it must feel back from childhood doing ballet, many, many years ago and now I am aspiring to get there again. Muchas gracias.

To my rudimentary understanding of yoga, Breathing is an integral part of yoga, enabling the yogi to open up the spaces between the joints more freely.

Her eyes sight was so gloomy when being interview, but in her Yoga demonstration, the way of which breathings and the completions of every backbending had almost taken my breath away.

Sometimes the impatience is actually the emotion/attitude that makes the body stiff. When you're not trying to achieve anything, you're not expecting anything, but just doing your practice with awareness, your body might relax more and become more flexible.
