Any dealer that’s has $2k of bull crap add ons will NEVER GET MY Business. And $39k for a base reg cab non 4x4 truck is nuts. I like too see dealerships getting stuck with lots of over priced trucks that they are paying for month after month on the floor plan. Have fun with the going out of business sale.

Short comment: Beautiful truck and love your enthusiasm. You seem like a very easy going sales specialist. Pricing is nuts! Long comment: It must be said it is crazy how much the private banking cartel, called the Federal Reserve, has de-vauled the purchasing power of the dollar. The top 1% have increased their wealth by up to and exceeding 50% in the last few years. Everyone else have seen nothing or a decrease either in wage or hours given. This is not the fault of Ford or very professional Jorge but it is worth saying. Vehicles have increased by as much as 33% since 2019. Either manufacturers are going to have to find ways to reduce costs back to pre 2019 era or the future looks bleak for auto makers. If a first time vehicle buyer (18 to 21 year old) did buy this truck with current interest rates of 8 or 9 or 10% could they even afford it? $45k financed at 8% interest 72 month (6 years) loan = $789 a month $45k financed at 9% interest 72 months (6 years) loan = $811 a month How much is insurance for an 18 to 21 year old = $2600 to $6400 a year ($216/mo to $533/mo) Would an 18 to 21 year old have good enough credit to be offered 8% or 9%? A first time car buyer would need to take home at least $12068 up to $15868 after taxes just to pay the car payment and the insurance. If their housing is $1200 a month, food $600 a month, cell phone $120, internet $60, electricity $150, Water & sewer $150, trash $40, credit card payment $200, clothing and entertainment $200 = $32640 $32640 (living expenses) + $12068 (vehicle + insurance) = $44708. Are there alot of fresh adults 18 to 21 years old that take home $44k a year after taxes? If so that is incredible, but I know when I was 18 to 21 I made minimum wage for a few years and worked as many hours as I could while caring for an underage sibling after mom lost her house to the bank and divorce. At 19 I became self employed and some months made nothing and worked as many as 80 to 100 hours a week, working 7 days a week. After a few years I bought a 20 year old Toyota pickup with a 20R engine for $3k that I used for the business. Wish I still had that truck. No way I would have been able to afford a pretty new truck such as this with all its technological awesomeness. Loved the video though, you presented it well. Thank you Jorge.

I hear you and you make a valid point, especially for first-time buyers; I should of added about first timer needing a cosigner, also it is crucial to factor in various elements such as inflation and parts availability when talking about the value of the vehicle as well but your insight adds valuable perspective to the topic at hand. This is a vehicle aimed to a 18-21 year old who lives with their rich parents in a suburb. For the rest of 18-21 year old's who are on their own, (or even middle class) they can FORGET about this truck and buy a 2010 Toyota Camry with 60k miles on it. A lot of features ,if not most features are features nobody really needs . Power lift gate, electric adjustable seats you name it , the list is long. It's just another way of making big profits adding something that costs the manufacturers a few dollars but sell it for a fortune. That strategy is very popular. That truck you're trying to sell is really a truck that should be priced in the mid to upper $20,000 like we have seen before Covid. There's a reason car dealers have such a hard time selling trucks and suvs because almost nobody can't or wants to pay that much for something that was $15k to $20k cheaper not too long ago. People will stick to their cars , we're doing the same practice . Maybe to fix you guys problems would give us customers a huge discount in order to fix the market. Call it a lost in profits now but down the road it will pay off otherwise you guys will end up with no job in that industry because people aren't buying those overflated vehicles no more especially trucks and suvs.

Hello there, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. Your perspective is important, and I want to assure you that transparency and ethical practices are at the core of everything we do at our dealership. I completely understand how the content of the video may have raised questions about our business practices. It's crucial for us to address any misconceptions and reaffirm our commitment to integrity. At our dealership, we offer a range of services and aftermarket items, such as sprayed-in bedliners and security systems. While we believe these additions can enhance the value of a vehicle, we never impose them on customers who don't see the same value. Ultimately, the choice of what to purchase rests entirely with the customer. I want to emphasize that these optional items do not define our ability to sell vehicles. Our priority is always the satisfaction and trust of our customers. A vehicle can be replaced, but a customer's trust cannot. That's why it's imperative for us to prioritize doing what's right, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your feedback serves as a valuable reminder of the importance of clear communication and ethical conduct. I genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it allows us to address any concerns and continue to improve our practices. I hope you enjoyed the video, and I'm excited to share more content with you in the future, especially as we explore the exciting changes in the F150 lineup. Jorge. You FAIL. "Here is the pricing". WRONG. His stealership adds $2400 for a spray on bedliner and a "windshield protectant". WTF is that? The wheel and fog light package is $1100. The aluminum wheels are painted. Why not just make the wheels out of steel if they are coated in paint? In the People's Republic of Maryland where I live, sales tax is 6% for another $2400. This makes this lowest end truck with a V-8, single cab, short bed FORTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS.

Firstly, the prices we list are base prices, and additional features such as the spray-on bedliner and windshield protectant are optional add-ons. These options are available for customers who find value in them, but they are not mandatory. The wheel and fog light package, as well as the painted aluminum wheels, are also optional upgrades designed to enhance the truck's aesthetics and functionality. Our goal is to offer a range of options to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our customers. If you have any specific requirements or budget considerations. Great info, thanks. Just wondering if the 300 cubic inch still available nowadays? My family has owned ford trucks since 1933. Last model my dad owned was a F150 4X4 with a 302 engine, and on the highway it got 20-23 mpg all day long. I’m still driving my old 2007 Ranger with a four banger and an automatic which still gets 27 mpg! Does Ford still have the Friends And Family available??? Thanks for the super video!!!
@Askjorgelopez3 ай бұрын
You are referring to the "The straight six engine". They discontinued that engine in 1996 it was replaced by the 4.2 L Essex V6 for the 1997 redesigned F-150, as well as the E-150 and E-250. That engine was quite a beauty but it took twice as much parts to make than its successor.

I get where you're coming from. A used car can be a great way for a new driver to build character and responsibility-plus, there's always that fun game of "What's that noise?" But some folks prefer the safety and peace of mind that comes with a new vehicle for their kid. Sure, a used car might be easier on the wallet and have lower insurance rates, but it's not exactly the same when it comes to reliability. And in a world where "It's not supposed to sound like that" is not the reassurance you want, I'd say you can't put a price on your kid's safety.

I can see your point...but I believe it's fantastic that Ford is embracing the digital era and moving forward with tech advancements. In today's competitive landscape, it's vital for businesses to stay ahead of the curve. If Ford were to stick solely to the classic look without integrating modern technology, they might risk falling behind other competitors who are innovating in this space. It's a smart move for Ford to keep up with the times and remain relevant in the market. Thank you for watching !
