I always panic when they aren't talking and the exercise has you looking away from the screen. So many times now I've been caught out and carried on for too long with an exercise when it turns out the video is just buffering! My arms are shaking right now, love you guys and recommend you to everyone!

Hi guys, I've been doing fitness blender for 6 months now and I've lost around 10-12kg so if anyone's worried about seeing results, hang in there. Additional info: I did it 4-5 times a week, didn't really eat healthy XD still on that KFC and McDo but I feel much healthier and lost lots of fat and gained muscle too.

After the birth of my baby three months back I have come to discover how out of shape and dull I've become. At least 25 kilos overweight, postpartum weightloss is one of the biggest challenges that I'm facing right now. I've been trying to walk to drop a few kilos, but it's isn't easy as my clock is tuned to my kid's and it's not easy to get the ME time. I came across your channel at least 3 weeks back and was super excited...still am. But I haven't been able to start working out simply because I don't know where to start. You guys have such a huge number of videos on your channel, that there are at least 10 videos for beginners alone. Where does an obese person who wants to get fit start? I'm sure your answer would help a lot of people who love your channel but need some guidance on how to use your videos. Plz do respond to my query. Dying to start working out. This is my 100% go to upper body work out video! I don't know what it is about it, but I'd love more videos similar this this one. I was in an absolute grump today when it came to doing a work out and kept stopping videos after a couple of minutes because I couldn't be bothered. I actually managed to make it through this one with very minimal grumbling

We don't have gym memberships anymore either though, we quit them a few years ago because we grew to prefer home workouts (by a long shot). We were on vacation a couple of weeks ago and ended up using the hotel gym a few times and remembered exactly how much we don't miss it!

Just finished Day 2 of FB Burn Round 2. Do not underestimate this workout. I feel like I didn’t give my all during the first half of this workout but wow some of the exercises left me with zero strength to pull through, I literally collapsed during the exercises bc I couldn’t do it anymore. I don’t have much strength in my upper body and I have tense neck, which I usually can feel in my arms (which makes even simpler exercises like arm circles super hard for me)... plus I tried using my dumbbells as much as possible! I’m happy I was motivated enough to do this workout though 😊 especially since I won’t be able to workout the next two days. Workout ✅

Even if you ate it it wouldnt be a wasted workout! Especially as this one focuses on strength, not cardio. Treating yourself is part of being healthy, not making it a habit is the important bit (being unhealthy in any way).

You two are awesome! Always a great work out, and really entertaining and positive 😄 One thing though, Kelli! The cobra stretch is much closer to the ground with little to no weight in the hands and the majority of the rise in your upper body comes from pushing into the ground with the tops of your feet! You're doing a seal pose, even upperward dog would have the thighs off the ground with just hands and feet touching.

Done this workout today and it was fun but it probably won't be my favourite. Maybe should try it with weights next time. Also I wanted to ask you guys this if you have time to answer please do! You often say to listen to the body but I am often struggling with rest days meaning I know I should have those but it is so difficult to let go! So just wanted to know how do you know you are overtraining? There are so many tips out there but you guys have always been the most reliable and I really need to know this because I never know if it is just me being lazy or if it really is my body calling out to me! I even once had such sore muscles that I had a dream about a doctor prescribing a day of rest lol!
