Very good. The corollary being that your 'attention' is a product of your values or belief systems. Hence, the importance of first identifying your values and then, if necessary, updating them if they are no longer serving you. It all gets back to 'know thyself'. Thanks Geoff

The only one I could find was "Watch My Back". It took a little bit for me to get used to the narrator when I'm so used to Geoff's brilliant and magnificent voice and delivery of his stories. But it really was a great experience.
