The Security staff would be seriously underperforming if they were to witness trespassers on the site they were protecting and ignored them. They should approach and ask them to leave, politely. Which is pretty much what happened here.

The staff appeared to be in an emotionally disturbed state,. In the end, DJ suggest that this was because a huge influx of real trespassers in caravans. DJ worked hard to help them calms down.

It’s always a good idea to know how to get to a place before visiting. Some places arent signed posted as well as the place. Wife says i cant have a motorbike. Is it not public access, if its closed on certain days they should have put up a sign stating no visitor access. Like you say, they police cant move the pikies, they cant remove you either.

After being asked to leave private property? Once you've been asked to leave if you then refuse it becomes aggravated trespass which is then a police matter as opposed to just a civil matter. This offence can then be enforced by the police whilst also potentially carrying a fine in court.

I have had a few Triumph motorcycles. Currently have two, a 70 Bonneville and a 2006 Daytona. I always had fun on them. The security guards are usually bad no matter where you go. I like what Triumph has done with style throughout the years..

When security start making stuff up (Hi-Vis, Road Safety, the Building is Closed so that means you can't be on the Publicly Accessible Exterior etc) to force someone to leave or leave quicker, or when they're rude (like the second guy), then people like DJ will refuse to leave and refute their nonsense, until they understand that they can't boss people about. I would do the same as DJ. It's basically like me being told I can't be stood in my local supermarkets car park when the supermarket itself is closed, yet the vehicle barriers are left open 24/7, and there's no gates or signs to stop pedestrians either, therefore it's publicly accessible.

Nerd facts lol, Incorrectly worn hi-viz attire is non- compliant with EN ISO 20471 safety standard regulations as the reflective strips are less visible and do not meet the required standard of visibility. Security staff have a duty of care to themselves and when escorting members of the public or site visitors to prevent et al being hit by site traffic by wearing correctly attired PPE, meaning they should be zipped or buttoned up and not be flapping about in the wind.

Triumph are within their rights to ask anybody to leave. It is private property. They can ask you to not use the camera as well. In this situation to my knowledge they can also use reasonable force, but it must be reasonable. Supermarkets are in the same situation where the owner, or the owner of the property, can ask you to leave or not use a camera, fortunately most don't. However I am not sure about their car parks as the police treat them as public places where all vehicles must be taxed, insured, carry reg plates, etc. Then you also see supermarkets using vehicles that are not registered, etc.
