gotta love the Kahawai ( Aussie Salmon) & if you want long lasting baits from your off cuts salt them down most other fish love it too

@@SteveOutside I leave mine in the salt & never freeze or refrigerate it just keep it in ziplock bags in my tackle bucket ready for fishing, really like your videos reminds me of Rex Hunt so friendly & informative well done mate may you keep the vids coming

Never tire of your video’s Steve….beautiful sunrise and lovely fish. My old Dad always made sure he “cared for his catch” to ensure the optimum table fare…..this he instilled in my brother and I. Loved your preparation and recipe. Thanks again for sharing Steve.

Great catch and cook video Steve. You may have found the secret with cooking Australian Salmon, but I doubt my wife will cook it here, even with the Coconut and Curry Powder.
