I think it's a good idea to figure out if an in-dash receiver will fit in the vehicle before you buy the receiver. - Those are my thoughts. You'll need a proper dash kit and I recommend a wiring kit. Many are available. In order to playback FLAC files on the Pioneer AVH-600EX I recommend to use a USB flash drive. When does this start clipping?

If the EQ is set to flat, and the Speaker level settings are set to 0 or lower, Bass Boost set to 0, the output will begin clip at approximately volume setting 40. Please note: There are many variables in this question including what track you are playing any given time. On Pioneer in-dash receivers set up in Standard Mode, Bluetooth Phone Calls can be heard on the Front Speaker Outputs, and Front RCA Outputs only. Bluetooth Audio, or Music played through Bluetooth can be heard on both front and rear outputs. To test your set up, I recommend to Fade the audio all the way to the Front. Can you Hear Music? I don't know what bike you have so it's hard to answer your question. The Pioneer AVH-600EX is a CD/DVD player and so has a depth of approximately 6.5 inches deep. If that will fit in your bike, then you're good to go with a proper installation kit. If you need a more shallow depth, please consider the Pioneer DMH-W4660NEX. If does not have a CD/DVD player and has a depth of approximately 3 inches.
