Ofc no difference 😊 Day 2 : ✅ idk why it was really hard for me today it wasn't tmr, anyways still no difference ofc, I also do swimming and nitang 21 days workout Day 3 : ✅ it was kinda easy today, I don't see any difference I think, I am gonna start eating healthy 😁 Day 4 : ✅ i do see a little difference in the morning 😊 Day 5 : ✅ I see a difference, reduced 1 inch!!!!!!🎉 Day 6 : ❌ couldn't do it cause I was busy 😢 I am so sorryyyyy I haven't been updating but I have been doing this for 2 weeks and it worked!!!!😮

im gonna try this everyday and update start: 50kgm goal: 45/46kgm day 1✅: it was kinda easy but the last one literally killed me day 2✅: this was harder today and i woke up w severe muscle cramps in my legs lol but i wont give up! i dont see any difference yet ofc but i hope i see soon! remind me to update please! day 3✅: it was easier today but i kinda over ate yesterday so maybe ill do it again today and tell u how it goes! day 4✅: i didnt do it again yesterday BUT i danced alot so that counts as smth right? for today the last workout is getting easier but the other ones starting to hurt sm.. but anyways i can see my stomach getting flat!!! idk if im imagining but it really looks flatter! i think ill measure my waist size soon and let yall know! day5✅: not bad it was easier today! i feel like im getting results already! day 6✅: today the workout was easy! i love that its short cuz i get bored easley lol.. i listened to ALOT of subliminals abt wl today so it kind of helped i feel my stomach much tighter! day7❌: unfortunately i didnt do it i even ate too much.. i feel guilty day 8✅: done!!! it was easy and nice! day 9✅: it was so easy today i feel like a professional lol.. i tried to measure my weight after the workout but i found that the scale was broken.. so ill find another way soon! day 10✅: i think im getting fatter guys.. idk what im doing wrong but i started to hate myself.. day 11✅: idk if im getting results or no tbh.. i think i need to start eating healther to see results faster but following a diet is so expensive.. updating is the thing keeping me motivated atp cuz i be like "i dont wanna do it today.. but well i gotta update so.. " day 12✅ day 13❌: was so busy day 14✅

Hi my cookies i don't will eat you because I'm on a diet But if you are reading this comment, then give me some advice. I have been trying to lose weight for a year and a half and have not given up. When I started losing weight, I was about 32 kg. Only 5 days ago I saw a change But When I weighed myself I saw 51 kg and I can't wait any longer I tried everything but nothing helps so I'm losing hope and if you lost weight and it helped you then advise something that will help 😢

hey i want to let you know about what helped me go from 57kg to 49 so at first i was basicly eating nothing working out every day until i realise i was gainig more weight and not losing but then i started learning more and not eating actually slow down your metabolism and skipping breakfast makes you fatter and you should eat 3 meals a day and work out 4 or 5 times in a week cuz working out everyday with no rest is no good cuz working out with no rest makes your waist wider and pilates is really good you can eat sweets only on saturday or sunday but the other days of the week you shouldnt and make sure to eat protein with every meal
