Started: Nov 3 Day 1:✅ had to take longer breaks between sessions, even interrupt criss cross 3 times to take a break and then go back to it Day 2:✅ was doing fine in the first half, in the second half had to take breaks again Day 3:✅ still need to take break on 4th and 5th exercise, abs are burning | my stomach is visibly less bloated than the first day Day 4:✅ same as yesterday Day 5:✅ same as yesterday Day 6:✅ still splitting exercise 4 and 5 in 30+30 seconds for each, with breaks in between Day 7:✅ still splitting exercise 4, the rest are fine goal: to actually do the 7 min workout in 7 mins without difficulties and no breaks

This is really helpful! I tried it (everyday, 5 h before bed time, for almost 2 weeks now) and I can really see the results. I'm more stable while singing and dancing, I improved in body control (while dancing), and I also lost like 4/5 cm in the waist. I think I'm gonna keep it up! ❤️

@@ThuVo-m6q hey hope this helps, i have been doing this with a very very light pilate workout from shirlyn kim, and with intermedite fasting i also hadsignificant change withing 3 days. ofc i dont have abs because i started chubbier and expecting that fast result is unrealistic but the changes were visible enough to not want to quit . also keep going because slower changes are the fastest way to change

Progress Day1:✔️hurts alot Day2:✔️still hurts but a bit of change Day3:✔️hurts a little stomach has lowered and is starting to shape Day4:✔️the 4th exercise only hurts stomach has disappeared alot Day5:✔️ the exercise has gotten easier and the pain is bearable (starting to shape a bit Day6:✔️I did this after karate so there was pain and Idk why but I had terrible through this so had to put my head down while doing this exercise the top of my stomach has started to shape Day7:✔️ completed a whole week and the hurting has gone no big change tho I am posting this progress at day 3 btw so that's why the date is not correct(if you see the day I post it you can see the first 3 are already said) I will be doing this for a month cuz a week can not show much result Comment if y'all want me to do week 2 as well

This is my progress in a week Day-1: hurts so bad Day-2: still hurts a lot but a bit more less painful than the first day Day-3 not that much pain but in some exercises the pain still hurts 4- Doesn't hurt much and kinda strating to get abs 5-getting stronger 6-doesn’t feel pain 7- I made it! Easy peasy ✌🏼

my progress day 1 ✅ : for me it’s not that hurt and it’s burnt but mostly i can’t do the 6,7 exercises i feel like my arms can’t load my weight so i did the 1 minute plank instead ill keep trying on the next day!
