Back Day Set Up ⬇️
Lay out for this back session has been what has continued to progress my rear lat spread which was a lagging shot and now becoming a strong pose.
I always start the session with a single arm pull down and have a single arm row as a third movement.
My second lift has been upper back biased and moving into the offseason after Vancouver I will need to shift some focus more into upper back development. This likely will be some shrug work and possibly some form of a deadlift variation.
Hammer Strength High Row 3 sets 8-12
Prime Extreme Row Neutral grip 3 sets x 8-12
Rogers Seated SA Row 3 sets x 6-12
Prime reverse fly 3 sets 10-15 reps
DB hammer curl 3 sets 10-12 reps
Cable curl 3 sets 10-12 reps
