Barbecue men are the greatest man on the earth. They want to do something nice for others and that makes them feel good when they eat. The amount of time they put into creating barbecue is incredible and all they’re looking for is a smile from those who eat and enjoy it.

Matt id love to see you come up to NC and get with Jon Gs BBQ out in Peachland. These guys are bringing some Texas traditions to a small NC town. Awesome spot with a real cool vibe. They used to sell brisket and pulled pork from a pop up tent at one of the local breweries parking lots. Now they have their brick and mortar and killing BBQ here in the Charlotte area. They are right up your alley.
