BARN FIND WILL IT START, HAYTER OSPREY NOT RUN IN 11 YEARS PART 1

Hayter Osprey mower has not run for 11 years as no one could find the problem with the engine, how hard can t be to diagnose and repair the fault?

Used a condor and a hawk never an osprey but never had any problem with those and be good to see you do one Tractor then the other in the videos 😊
