You wot ? .... totally agree with you and the remark from teh Dragons; you are not charging enough you should double your prices ..... Just goes to show who you are dealing with. They are like the airport dogs that have been trained to sniff out money. They smell and breath money. Its all they do.

Glamping has taken off in a lot of countries, also here in Japan. The problem with it is that it is not really camping and all too often they charge the same as a hotel room (or more!) without the benefits of staying at a hotel. I have therefore tended to see Glamping as a bit of a fad and a flash in the pan. However, I think that where this business wins and has the potential to outlive the competition is because of the flat rate and that it is cheaper. The man has hit the nail on the head and I think, the first person to get it right. Well done and I hope that Deborah doesn't try to change that.

Because this just aired today, its also having heavy traffic and the banner at the top says due to high traffic, its slower. What an incredible business, I wish this bloke and his family the best. It even says "as seen on Dragons Den" on the first page of the website, so I assume the deal went through due dilligance and legal hurdles.

thats the whole point, if you get booked so much it means there is huge demand for your product at that price. If profit is your main concern then you need to increase price to get maybe 3 months in advance offers, whatever maximises your margins. This bloke though is a good guy though and the world would be abetter place if there were more people like him.

It bothers me that this is so short. I hope they don't cut 5+ minutes from all the next episodes too. It's just too much of a shrink. I already know that each entrepreneur has about 30 minutes in the den and we only got to see less than half of that before. But now with less than one third, it's just way too short. Who are wanting to appeal to? Children with low attention span? I really don't get it.

Thanks you so much for not capitalising during school holidays. So many familys just simply can't afford to take holidays away from home during kids school holidays, because many firms charge 2, 3, sometimes 4x the amount during seasonal periods. It's pure greed and it only strengthens the rich/poor divide between people. If you take your kids on holiday during school time when it's cheaper and affordable, you get slammed with fines from the council. Also some jobs won't allow you to take holidays during school off times, or allocate holiday periods.
