Is it bad investment in Banashankari 6th stage 4th block? There is an BBMP garbage segregation unit near by at 5th block. It’s producing very bad smell

Yes stay away 2kms from Garbage segregation unit

It is never a bad investment in 4th Block for that matter even at 5th Block. Solid waste management processing centre may shut down anytime because of lots of pressure from the RWA and having its own issues with SC pending case, nevertheless when others are fearful one must be greedy :)
