thanks for this, I have seen changes in habits over the last few weeks since I stated joining a morning Bible study class run by a priest I know, this has allowed me to change bad habit I had by giving me a reason to be up. By finding a new positive activity I could replace the 'reward' of sleeping in late. Stating small and positive really does work. :)

Glory to God for your outreach, we are never alone with God by our side. Everything the enemy means for evil GOD WILL TURN INTO GOOD. May we reflect on the meaning of Orthodoxy as we wait to go back to 'normality' According to Jesus our 'normality' is to Love God Lovd Neighbour & Love Enemy A N D according to Jesus if we lovd our life we will lose it but we are to put the needy before our 'needs' or are they WANTS A N D God WILL GIVE US THE DESIRES OF OUR HEARTS.

What's the difference between mental health and emotional health? They seem very similar to me.
@stevenchristoforou16674 жыл бұрын
Great question. While they're often used interchangeably, we're using mental healthy to describe decision-making processes, thought patterns, etc. Not feelings, but rather how the mind works. Does that make sense? (We didn't get into the details of each aspect; the video was already long enough without those additions.)
