As a curly girl, I just want to let you know that you should try to occasionally combine hair products that contain keratin (like a hair mask or conditioner). The reason is that there are usually many products for curly hair that emphasize moisture for the hair, and the problem that can arise is that in the end you will load your hair with more moisture than it needs (and this can make the hair not look good and destroy the curls, because every little thing you do to the hair will stretch the curls and they will not be able to return to themselves) In general, I would also recommend that you follow care methods for curly hair, especially wavy type hair (yours now looks like type 2B hair), because the hair care routine and the hair products that can be good for you can vary according to the type of curls you have. (I hope I'm clear, I used Google Translate a little because English is not my native language)

This video came just in time! I have my digital perm scheduled for end of March! Can’t wait for it lol. I do wonder and have a question about the root perm. What happens when hair grows? The root perm would shift down and would that still look good? Did the stylist mention anything about that?

I wish i could find a place in my state, because these are basically like the perms of the 20s and 30s, which seem more effective than cold perming

I’d like to get a root lift perm, but what does it look like once it starts growing out?? Will it be the flat, natural hair on top at the root growth, then a random looking lift just below that, until that permed part is long enough to cut off??
@eggriceu11 ай бұрын
It lasts 1-3 months depending on how fast your hair grows. Then it just becomes as flat as it was before the perm.

I’ve been thinking about getting a root perm since my hair is so flat. Do you feel like the root perm made a difference in giving your hair more volume? I have virgin hair so I’m a little scared about doing any kind of perm on my hair.

I used to say that to myself everytime I'd watch girls flat ironing and applying tons of products to mearly get that flat glossy straight look that I had without doing anything. Yet hear I am considering a perm for volume because I've tried all the methods, products, heat tools, curlers in hair all night plus hours waisted styling . It still falls flat after 2 hours😭

Is that wooden comb the only thing you use to detangle your hair every day? I struggle getting tangles out with just a wide tooth com 😭 Not sure if its the wide tooth comb I have or if I need to just go about every day being super careful of hair movement?

As a girl, all I wanna say is I've got nice and pretty healthy hairs in the beginning but as I grew up i don't think my hairs are healthy as they were back then. My hair used to be very straight. And now as much as straight as they were back then. Now I've got a Little damaged but now that much damaged hairs and even if I washed my hairs properly they get REALLY REALLY greasy in the Morning, so, it looks so greasy at the school it feels like I haven't taken a freaking bath for like 2 DAYS. AND I EVEN TRIED TO TRAINED THEM BUT THAT DIDN'T WORK?.

For your damage hair I think you should grow it longer and thicker, cut off the damage part and start over, maybe try short hair. For hair to grow faster you can try oil before shampoo. And dont dye or bleach hair any more, styling maybe ok.
