Thanks BeFit team for putting these awesome workouts together. I like them because they're all under a 1/2 hr, Im usually dripping sweat, and you can make them moves as difficult as you want by modify the move, reps, or weight. I highly recommend any of the BeFit series videos to anyone. Ive done the BeFit in 90, then I even bought 2 wwe BeFit dvds as they were not on this channel, and finally I moved onto the Scott Herman BeFit extreme & HIIT; I've lost 15lbs, got in shape, and my bp back to normal.

Been really committed to working out for over 3 years now (Insanity, P90x, FitnessBlender). But still can't believe I'm on the ground sweating up a storm with this short work out. Great workout!

Holy! Just found Scott's workouts. I will have to work at finishing this with intensity...took short breaks throughout. I thought I was in shape...think again! Looking forward to getting to the point where I can go through completely at full intensity, as well as doing more of his videos.

After every excercise (not rep, not round) i failed, and had to sit down and *PANT* for 30 seconds, and continue. Or else my heart would have exploded.

He looked so enjoyable doing those killer workouts. Especially that plyo push ups. i wasn't ready myself and he was like 15 sec more guys, keep it up..so i had to rewind and did the thing again. OMG i am dying.

You could do this with a very light weight (or without a weight) in your hands to start... you can also modify, ex: doing standard crunches instead of the jack knife sit-ups in the first set...

Ya get ripped by lowering body fat %. Ya look muscular that way by building muscle size. Period. This would work. Lots of other ways would work. No disrespect intended, but to me, this looks funny.
