"Before you judge someone, think about that." This reminds me of a quote in the great Gatsby, "before you judge someone, just know that everyone in the world hasn't had the same privileges that you have had." It's very interesting that childhood is what affects your entire adulthood and at the same time, your entire adulthood affects someone else's childhood. I hadn't realized that until this poem. THIS IS YOUR BEST POEM YET. Everything you create always finds a way into my heart. PLEASE KEEP IT COMING.

“we design societies about fairness and balance, but we seem to forget that our adulthood, is affecting someone else’s childhood” - This is an intense verse, that should be plastered all over the world. Adults may fail to remember their childhood, when we are focusing on adulthood and our responsibilities in society. We never truly forget it, but there are times it becomes a distant memory. Or perhaps we lock it in that vault for various reasons/shadows. This is a beautiful reminder of how fragile childhood really is. How fragile adulthood is. How fragile the cycle of life is. We have the power to positively change the next generation. As a Mother, and human, I’m deeply grateful for this poem. Thank you my friend. ♥️ This is beyond powerful. Beautiful work all around, as always. ✨

Very well said, and I'm truly moved! Perhaps the greatest act of courage is to show the world your scars. And when we see the world through the poet's scars, we not only understand the world better, but we also learn new ways to feel it. I mean, the world exists to be understood, but perhaps the best way to understand it is by seeing it through people's scars. Great words!

I love the imagery in this piece. The sketches, clay figures, paint, camera film are all in a room that is really the hidden part of a person, and no one not even the owner of this room have entered in a long time. This poem feels like returning to the room, opening the door, looking at everything inside and feeling like it was you, but a version of you you don't remember or feel slipping away. I feel this poem and the imagery capture the passing of time and how a person could reflect on that passing...really beautiful and thought provoking❤
