do u recommend quarter squats or ass to grass for jumping in volleyball?

Squats just below 90 .. I don’t recommend ass to grass anymore unless your going to pause that low each rep or you’ll end up trashing knees and missing out on stronger quads. Quarter squats is more an accessory exercise not done as often as regular squats.

Bruh you probably fall into the weirdest youtube algorithm ever. Some videos 10k+ views others are 2k etc. There's so much fluctuation for some odd reason. I been subscribed to all your channels for years. To me it doesn't make sense.
