Thank you for the clear explanations. Could you add a modification for those who dont have a pilates box?

For this class, you can do the arm exercises that are done lying on the box seated upright instead! Sit facing your shoulder blocks however is comfortable. In future workouts I will keep in mind those who may not have a box, thank you so much for letting me know. Cheers!

One of my favorite beginner or back to basics. Still challenging but very safe for anyone with injuries. No fancy moves, just basics. So glad I found this video Will be my new weekend viseo when I have a full 60 mins to devote to practice. I have been going Pilates for 3 years now.but still prefer beg/basic videos for the safe exercises.
