I am in quarantine in a small town in Peru, but I have Internet access. I have a friend who wants to learn meditation, but is in a smaller, more isolated town, and only has limited Internet access. I chat with her occasionally on WhatsApp. So I looked for short videos to help her. I've been meditating since 1994. For me, I really needed to meditate because of my horrible sleep schedule. All of my days were messed up because I couldn't get to sleep. My brain was always racing around with thoughts, never quieting down. I can finally get back on track with my life now that my sleep schedule had normalized. Thank you.

I’m only 17 and I just did meditation while listening to your 3 videos and it felt a lot different. I was at ease and the feeling was so calming and relaxing. I definitely gonna do it always. If you want to do it with more concentration ,then just plug your earphones and listen to it will really work out even more good

What a wonderful introduction. The foundation is so important. Even though I have been meditating for some time...I learned. For example, how to move correctly. Also, those stray worry thoughts that surface. Difficult to detach from because I think ...what if I forget? To approach the Divine within us does take discipline and perseverance. The majesty and wonder of spirit transcend thought and body. Think of how we are bombarded each day with ads or news on what we should be doing with our bodies. The constant challenge to mediate a balanced harmony between conflicting thoughts. A small amount of time meditating is indeed worth more than a thousand dollars earned by stressful work. We are grateful for the time and dedication you took to share with us. Meta ...always and everywhere

Beautifully done videos really! As a meditation teacher, one tiny but important thing is to wear comfortable clothes esp pants, jeans will probably pinch and be uncomfortable to sit crossed leg in as she is doing. Namaste & Metta.

Amazing tips, I started meditating when I used an app called headspace which was guided meditation however I wanted to be more independent and develop the ability to mediate without having to be instructed throughout the whole thing. The app does not tell you how to independently mediate so this video has really helped and I now believe I can get the best out of meditation on my own. Thanks so much for making this video!!! Xx

Wow it's so wonderful. I appreciated the video from the start but in the middle i was amazed. I do watch your videos every time and every single new videos and it helped me a lot as a beginner in Vegan life. What I didn't know was your status. I thought you supplicate to God for strengths, knowledge, wisdom and understanding to guide people to do what is right for their bodies. My point is just to tell you that the MEDITATION is authorized for us as Human beings is based in the book of Joshua 1:8. Is to read the Bible day and night and call upon God when we are stressed, depressed and more. I hope you reflect on this. And thank you for the love you have to do the amazing videos.
